PB Rippey’s work (poetry, fiction, book reviews, essays) has appeared in many journals, including, ZYZZYVA, Chaparral, The Pedestal, RUNES, Pool, Slope, Phoebe, Other Voices Int’l and anderbo.com. She is the recipient of the ’07 Abroad Writers’ Conferences Poetry Fellowship and she’s been a Finalist or Top 25-ist in Glimmer Train contests. She is the author of the poetry chapbook, Nightmares With Moons, available from Pudding House Press. Currently she is house-hunting for her middle-grade novel, Trouble Beneath The Waves, and revising her novel-for-adults, Freak’s Weather. A 7th generation Californian, she lives in the vast, heat-layered San Fernando Valley with her husband, preschooler, many pets and yet another punctured kiddie pool.
